I’ve produced three albums to date and will be working on my next one hopefully soon.
When I perform, I play my original compositions and every now and again throw in a few well known cover tunes. I have composed 100+ original compositions since age eleven. I should also mention that I am a composer. Duncan and I did a concert together in December 2000. I’ve also played at coffee houses & churches. Mr. I’ve participated in talent competitions and fundraisers all over San Diego County. I started performing at age twelve in June 1999. Performing is also a major part of my social life. He was fun, soft-spoken and extremely enthusiastic. He also allowed me to express myself and to this day, encourages me to create!!! Howard was also sensitive to my feelings, which I greatly appreciated. He was very supportive and so understanding of my passion for the piano. I keep in touch with Howard every so often. My parents enrolled me in piano lessons with Howard Anton Duncan, who teaches in Vista, CA. Sorry but I personally cannot learn in that type of environment.Īpproximately three months later, good old mom, asked me again if I was sure that I didn’t want to take lessons, at that point I had decided to try again even though I was a little reluctant. My mother asked me later if I’d be interested in piano lessons, but I said “NO” because it would only be boring and I’d probably quit after a month or so anyway, because of previous experiences with strict teachers and/or teachers who would not let me be creative. I had been two grade levels behind, when we moved from Alta Loma, CA. I started sixth grade at Capri Elementary School in Encinitas California. I’ve always had the ear for music however I didn’t discover my talent and passion for playing the piano until the sixth grade.
My passion is music, and has been since I was just a baby. San Jacinto College in Meniphee, California and I love it! My major is audio production. I’m a high School graduate from San Marcos High school since June 2005. I am totally blind and have been since birth due to rubella.
